FAQs

Money

How much do you usually charge?

It varies quite a bit depending on the scope of the project, but clients usually come to me with a minimum budget of around 5-10k.

What's your hourly rate?

A lot! Which is why I (and my clients) prefer to use project-based pricing. Using big round numbers makes it much easier for everyone involved.

What kind of payments do you accept?

I accept PayPal, e-transfers, and large sums of cold hard cash dropped on my door step.

Do you offer payment plans?

I usually do a payment plan of 50% upfront, 25% at the halfway point, and 25% upon completion. But I'm open to other options.

Process

How long does a project usually take?

It depends on the project, but usually between 3-6 months. Sometimes it can be quicker, but sometimes it takes a little longer.

How much input do I have in the process?

Quite a fair bit. The wealth of knowledge you bring to the table in regards to your business, audience, and competitors is invaluable.

How many revisions do you allow?

You won't need them. Just kidding! We'll be revising as we go, so as many revisions as it takes.

What if I only need a website?

As long you can provide me with all of your branding collateral, then it shouldn't be an issue.

What if I only want some graphic design work done?

I'm always open to chatting about any project, but at the end of the day, if it's not something I am able to work on, I can always give you some recommendations.

Can we skip the Discovery or Strategy sessions?

No way Jose. Those are the most important parts!

Working Together

Can we still work together if I live in another country?

Absolutely, as long as you can do video calls we're good to go on my end.

What should I expect working with you?

Expect for me to be your customer's biggest advocate. Expect some tough questions and some push back on your ideas, but it's not all doom and gloom! Expect greatness!

How do you usually communicate with your clients?

I use video calls for consultations and workshop sessions, and I use email for everything else. I can adapt though, I'm breezy.

What do I need to do to start working with you?

Just setup a free consultation with me, or send me a message through my contact page. Let's get the ball rolling!

Personal

What would you say your biggest strength is?

My ability to open up a can of whoop-ass on any obstacle in my way. I don't mean to toot my own horn about, but toot-toot.

What are your biggest weaknesses?

Stubbornness, thinking I have more time than I actually do, and making assumptions based on zero evidence. Oh, and extreme sarcasm.

Who is your biggest idol?

If not my mom and dad, then Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, because he's always laying the smack down.

What is your spirit animal?

Flash, the sloth, from Zootopia.
